2013 Intro: Miramar (Fla) WR

Khalil Webster is a standout wide receiver from Miramar High so lets take a closer look at him as a prospect.

Name: WR Khalil Webster

School: Miramar, Fla

Size: 6-1/175

2011 season stats: Playing his junior season at Monsignor Pace High in Miami, Webster had 19 catches for 265 yards and five touchdowns. He also had one interception on defense.

Grades: 2.0 GPA/no test yet

Recruiting: "My top three right now are Georgia, LSU, and South Florida," Webster said. "Georgia was my favorite growing up. I just like them. And South Florida, that's where my brother (Kayvon Webster) plays now."

"When I go to make a decision, I'll look at the system they use on offense. I wanna go to a school that likes to throw it and where I can fit in well."

As a Prospect: Webster is coming off a quality junior season at Pace and will now play his senior season at Miramar, where they lost two BCS wide receivers. Webster has the height you look for and he's a good athlete who knows how to make plays in the passing game. Look for him to emerge as one of the top wide receiver prospects in south Florida for the 2013 class.
