Louisville Impresses Kenney

Indianapolis Pike (Ind.) junior DE David Kenney talks about his trip to Louisville and how it improved his perception of the Cardinals.

Indianapolis Pike's David Kenney has a handful of BCS offers, but one of the more recent ones, Louisville, has jumped up his list after today's visit.

"It has nice facilities," the 6'2, 240-lb defensive end said. "Honestly, I liked all the coaches really. The line coach, head coach, just all of them really. They were just like human people. They told me they like my pass rushing ability."

Kenney had been considering offers from Iowa, Indiana, Cincinnati and others, but this visit put the Cardinals firmly on his radar.

"It raised it," he responded when asked how the visit changed his opinion of Louisville. "It didn't change it really. They're just like an underrated school really. There's lots of hidden success over there."

On a decision date, Kenney said, "Probably in a couple months."

As for further visits, Kenney only has one more set as of now.

"I think I'm going to visit IU and probably Michigan maybe, I'm not sure though."
