Do you currently have an offer from Oregon?
"No, sir. They haven't offered me."
What kind of contact have you had with Oregon since the recruiting process started for you?
"The most I've talked to Oregon was through e-mail and the coach told me he wants to see more film of me and we'll go from there. A couple days before Signing Day, he told me they weren't going to offer me right now, but they would like to see more film of me in the future. So hopefully, down the line, I can accomplish getting an offer from them."
Do you remember which coach from Oregon you talked to?
"It was the recruiting coordinator, I believe."
What is your overall interest in Oregon at this point?
"I would say 90 percent, because they're far away and that's a big move from Louisiana to Oregon, but I mean, I would take an official visit up there if I was to get an offer from them, so I would take a big look at them. The offense and the scheme they run fits me perfectly."
What position are most schools evaluating you at?
"I would have to say receiver, but pretty much an athlete that will play a little receiver, running back, slot...that type [of guy]."
Is that what you prefer, or would you rather have a specific position?
"I prefer back and forth, that type, but if I had to get stuck with a position, I would prefer receiver."
Is there anything in particular that stands out to you when consider Oregon as maybe a potential option?
"Their uniforms, for one, and their facilities are top-of-the-line. Everything is nice up there; there's nothing you wouldn't like up there besides it's cold. That's about it."
How would you describe yourself as a player?
"I'm quicker than you think. I think most people think I'm fast, but I think I'm more quick than fast. If I do break [a long run], I've never been caught from behind. [Also],I think people should never underestimate my size."
Is there a guy at the collegiate or professional level that you try to pattern your game after?
"I look up to Reggie Bush and if I had my personal [choice of position] for Reggie Bush, I think he should be a receiver over a running back."
What are you looking for in a program?
"Brotherhood, a school that's close knit like a family, and someone who works their tail off. If I can get that, that would be perfect."
Have you given any thought as to what you might want to study when you get to college?
"I either want to study business or engineering."
What are some of the other offers that you currently hold from other schools?
"I only have an offer from SMU right now and I got that late last summer, so that's kind of old, but I've been waiting on more...I know Louisiana's been talking to me -- I could see them offering me -- Purdue, maybe Mississippi State, and I just started getting letters from Ole Miss and Florida State."
As far as camps, unofficial visits, and Junior Days go, where have you been and where do you plan on going over the next few months?
"I've been to Mississippi State -- which was a couple weeks ago -- and I'm trying to get to Ole Miss soon because they invited me, but I don't know when that's going to be. I want to visit Arkansas, Ole Miss, and LSU."
