Montravius Adams is a five-star out of Vienna, Ga. and he is the top defensive tackle in America. Check out the top five in the South here.

South: Top Five Defensive Tackles
Hometown: Vienna, Ga.
High School: Dooly County
Size: 6-3/290
Recruiting: Clemson led early, but others have caught up it appears. Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and others are on his list.
Scouting Report: Adams has a very good first step off the ball and he shows explosion consistently when you see him in action. He is still raw when it comes to technique. He can work on his pad level and his hand placement, but overall, he is about as impressive as they come on the defensive line. He has the size, athleticism, and motor that you would want to coach at a top program.
Hometown: Muscle Shoals, Ala.
High School: Muscle Shoals
Size: 6-4/268
Recruiting: Committed to Auburn in 2011, but Alabama is still in the mix.
Scouting Report: Liner is a defensive lineman that could play end in a 3-4 front or tackle in a 4-3 front, he is that good, and that versatile. He is very quick off the ball, he shows nice moves off the ball, and he can chase the football down. He has great balance and he is very athletic. He can work on his initial punch and work his hands when engaged with an offensive tackle. He will continue to grow physically, add strength, and be a force
Hometown: Fort Pierce, Fla.
High School: St. Lucie West Centennial
Size: 6-4/275
Recruiting: Miami leads early, but Bostwick wants to get out and take some visits.
Scouting Report: Bostwick is one of those defensive lineman that has the combination of size and skill set to play end in a 3-4 or tackle in a 4-3. He is a very strong lineman that really recognizes things quickly, locates the football, and makes a play. His hands are very active, he disengages well with offensive linemen, and he pursues the ball with quickness. He can anticipate a little better and get off the ball with more consistency.
Hometown: Hope Mills, N.C.
High School: South View
Size: 6-4/278
Recruiting: Clemson, Florida, and LSU are his top late in the winter.
Scouting Report: Gilmore is a versatile defensive lineman that can spin off offensive tackles or bull-rush interior linemen to get to the quarterback. He is could play inside or outside on the next level, but he will likely grow into an athletic defensive tackle. He needs to continue to get stronger, specially in the upper-body, and he needs to play with better consistent pad level. He moves well laterally, he has quick feet, and good potential.
Hometown: Fort Lauderdale, Fla..
High School: University School
Size: 6-4/270
Recruiting: Committed to Florida State, but he is still looking at his options. Miami is felt to be a school he is considering.
Scouting Report: Bain is a raw athlete that gets better by the game. He grew up a basketball player, but football is his future. He is a top athlete on the line of scrimmage and he chases the ball well. He is still learning about the game, learning about his position, and he could play tackle or end on the next level depending on the scheme. He shows consistent effort, he runs very well, and he has a very high ceiling.

The Next Five: Kelsey Griffin (Hoschton, Ga.), Michael Hill (Pendleton, S.C.), Deadrin Senat (Immokalee, Fla.), De'Asian Richardson (Orange Park, Fla.), and Keith Bryant (Delray Beach, Fla.).
