NLA Elite 7on7: All-Surprise Team

A look at which players jumped on to the scene at the Las Vegas NLA Elite 7on7...

Deshawn Stephens
Receiver, Milwaukie (Ore.) Putnam
Big receiver who used his height to his advantage all weekend.

Nate Romine
Quarterback, Upland (Calif.)
A bit undersized but throws a great looking ball and has plenty of arm strength.

Drew Wolitarsky
Receiver, Canyon Country (Calif.) Canyons
Someone needs to offer this kid, he has the size, speed and hands to play at the BCS level.

Ryan McKinley
Cornerback, Anthem (Ariz.) Boulder Creek
Good sized corner with speed who made several nice plays on the ball.

Victor Bolden
Cornerback, Rancho Cucamonga (Calif.) Los Osos
May have been the quickest player in the event and shined on both sides of the ball.

Arlandis Hinton
Cornerback, Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco
Was overshadowed a bit his junior year in the Braves loaded secondary but should have a monster senior season.

Mauriece Lee
Running Back, Tempe (Ariz.) Marcos De Niza
Made several big plays for B2G's Five Star team in pool play, and was very dangerous out of the backfield.

K.J. Young
Receiver, Perris (Calif.) Citrus Hill
Young showed soft hands and a nice burst and had no problems getting open.

Gage Pucci
Quarterback, La Verne (Calif.) Damien
Just a sophomore, Pucci made some big time throws and will put up big numbers next fall.

Iman Marshall
Safety, Long Beach (Calif.) Poly
Scary to think Marshall is just a freshman, upside is off the charts.

Terrell Mosby
Receiver, Pomona (Calif.)
Was the go to receiver for the surprising Frat Boyz team that was a play away from reaching the semi-finals.

Honorable Mention
WR Nic Sblendorio, Sammamish (Wash.) Skyline; WR Dallin Leavitt, Portland (Ore.) Central Catholic; WR John Fakahafua, Salt Lake City (Utah) Highland
