Booth Recaps Michigan Trip

Indianapolis Pike (Ind.) sophomore WR Dominique Booth talks about his Michigan visit.

Indianapolis Pike wide receiver Dominique Booth got his recruitment going in a big way on Thursday. On a road trip to the north, he was offered by Michigan State on his first stop and then headed over to Ann Arbor to see the Michigan Wolverines.

"It was great," he said of the visit. "The facility was second to none, the coaches were great teachers, and the weight room had impressive equipment I have never seen before."

The 6'0, 190-lb Booth is a speedster who caught 46 passes for 583 yards and five touchdowns. His ability on tape has caught the eye of the Michigan coaches among others.

"No [offer], just very impressed by the film. They have obviously watched it a lot because they knew jersey colors and team names I don't even remember that well, but the head coach, recievers coach and defensive backs coach really want me around to spend more time. They had a coach's [clinic] to speak at, so I didn't have much time to speak with them."

Today, Booth visits Notre Dame before heading to Northwestern. He also plans trips to Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky. He reports additional interest from Ohio State, Western Kentucky, Purdue and others.
