Los Angeles (Calif.) Bishop Mora Salesian 2014 linebacker Jamardre Cobb, who already holds offers from Washington State and Colorado, took an unofficial visit to USC campus and left high on the Trojans.

"It was fantastic," Cobb said Tuesday night via text about his time at USC.

The linebacker, who was joined on campus by Salesian's quarterback, Jihad Vercher, had the opportunity to watch Coach Ed Orgeron conduct practice, noting "he worked the team hard."

Cobb recorded eighty-three tackles and eleven sacks as a sophomore and after a strong showing with his 7on7 tournament team, 4th Quarter Sports, is poised to have an even stronger junior season.

Cobb recently told Scout.com that he has no plans to take any out-of-state visits until after his junior season.

Teammate Marquis Ware was also planning on taking the visit today, but was unable to make the trip and per his coach, will take one soon.
