Cowboys Enter Race

The Oklahoma State Cowboys have entered the mix for the 4-star wide receiver.

Eldridge "El" Massington, a 6-foot-3, 195-pound wide receiver from West Mesquite High School in Texas has become a true national commodity.

Schools like Michigan, Baylor, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Notre Dame, Tennessee, West Virginia and Washington State are some of the schools that have already offered.

Last week Massington won the 15-4A District track meet with a time of 10.66 in the 100-meter dash. Showing that he possesses a freakishly athletic size/speed combo.

On Wednesday, his offer list was bolstered by another major Big 12 program when Oklahoma State offered.

"He just got off of the phone with them. They offered," explained a source close to the star prospect's recruitment.

The OSU offer will be an interesting one as Stillwater is a strong program close to home.

2011 Stats: As a junior, Massington hauled in 41 reception for over 660 yards and six scores.
