Palazeti Getting Out

Flint Powers (Mich.) 2013 OL Vinnie Palazeti recaps recent visits and looks ahead to camp season. What are schools telling him about potential offers?

Flint Powers has one of the top players in the state of Michigan currently without an offer in offensive lineman Vinnie Palazeti. The offers may come this summer, and Palazeti has been out visiting schools and talking to coaches.

"Visits are going great," he said. "Two weeks ago, I visited Cincinnati and then Northwestern. Both of which went really well and last week I went to MSU for their spring scrimmage, that went good too."

College coaches can get out on the road again now, and Palazeti says he already has one school scheduled to stop in.

"I know Coach Stripling from Cincinnati is coming next week Monday."

While on his visits, Palazeti had a chance to discuss the possibility of offers with these schools.

"I talked to Cincy's recruiting coordinator about that and they said they will send most of their out of state offers out after camp, which I plan on going to. Things went great at Cincy, so I'm hopeful about there, and MSU really said the same thing. They want to see me at camp."

Both of these programs will be on his camp circuit along with many others.

"Iowa, Central Michigan, Syracuse, Cornell, and one or two more I can't think of at the moment."

Palazeti was part of a line that helped lead Powers to the state title last season.
