Missouri WR Enjoys Oklahoma State Visit

Corey Winfield, out of Riverview Gardens HS (Mo.), holds one scholarship offer. Saturday he attended Oklahoma State's spring game, and talked with Fox Sports Next about what he thought of the visit.

2013 Riverview Gardens (Mo.) WR prospect Corey Winfield made the 7-hour drive from St. Louis to Stillwater, OK. to take in Oklahoma State's annual Orange–Gray Spring Finale Saturday. It was his first visit to the school, and Winfield was impressed with what he saw.

"I loved it," Winfield said. "I really enjoyed myself."

The 79th-ranked wide receiver had a chance to meet the coaches and players, and mingle with other recruits from the class of 2013.

And the Cowboys impressed on and off the field.

"It seems like a team I can really get along with," Winfield said. "When I met them they were really interested in me and wanting me to play with them in the future."

Another trip to Stillwater is already on Winfield's mind.

"I'm looking forward to coming back in June for camp."
