6-foot-2, 200 pound sophomore Chris Frey didn't let bad weather ruin his visit to Virginia Tech.
"I had another great visit to VT. I'm upset that they didn't get to play but my mom finally got to see Blacksburg and loved it. I showed her and my teammate, Noah Spielman around the facilities. All around, it was a great time. I really like it in Blacksburg."
While on campus, the OLB/Safety was able to talk with some of the Hokie staff.
"I got to speak with Coach Brown and Coach Grey again and they are really nice guys. There were a lot of athletes there this weekend so I didn't have much face-to-face time with the coaches. But when we did talk, we discussed school, family, and what VT has to offer. Coach Grey told me that he saw my film and he liked it. He wants to know what I can do at safety."
Frey currently holds an offer from Northern Illinois and also does not have a timetable for when he plans on making his decision.
