5-foot-10, 182 pound sophomore Ashton Jackson will be a player to watch out for over the next couple of years. The Trotwood-Madison running back may be young, but has already picked up two offers.
"Toledo and Illinois have both offered me," said Jackson.
The sophomore has also been hearing from several other schools.
"I've had Nebraska, Michigan and Iowa come by my school this week. They've just been talking to me about my grades and saying that they're interested in me. I also talk to Tennessee a lot."
Speaking of the Volunteers, Jackson recently returned from a trip from Knoxville.
"I visited Tennessee for their Spring Game. It was great. It was actually my second time going there. They had a section marked off for the recruits and people were actually asking for our autographs. That was cool."
For now, the running back is busy planning his summer camp schedule.
"I'm going to camps at Tennessee, Illinois, South Carolina and Ohio State."
While the sophomore doesn't have a timetable set for when he'll make his commitment, he says that whatever school he picks will need to have one specific thing.
"I want to major in Criminal Justice so I want my school to have that program."
Jackson rushed for 1000 yards and 17 touchdowns his sophomore season.
