Seibert Adds Second Offer

Olentangy Liberty (OH) junior Ryan Seibert is hoping that a strong summer will pull in even more offers than he already has. Check out what he thinks about his current schools as well as where he'll be camping.

6-foot-4, 200 pound outside linebacker Ryan Seibert has picked up an offer from Western Michigan since his junior season ended. This week, he added a second offer to his list.

"Akron just offered me," said Seibert. "The recruiting coach came to my school, took me out of class and said they were offering me."

That's not all. Seibert has been hearing from several other schools.

"I've been hearing from Indiana, Central Michigan, Ball State and Eastern Michigan."

For now, the junior has been busy planning his summer schedule.

"I'm definitely going to camp at Ohio State and Northwestern. I'll probably visit Indiana two or three more times too."

Seibert is hoping to make his decision before his senior season. When discussing what things he's looking for in a school, he says that a particular major will help sway his decision.

"I want to major in engineering, so my school should have a good engineering program. Then I'll look at how close it is to home. I know my parents will want to come to the games. And finally how I fit in with the team and people at the school."
