Griggs Gives Latest

2013 tight end Ben Griggs of West Lafayette High (Ind.) has seen his recruitment pick up since his "pro-day" event. Check out who are the latest schools to show interest inside.

Tight end Ben Griggs of West Lafayette High (Ind.) held a pro-day where he did position drills and worked out for several college coaches at West Lafayette High.

"My pro-day went well," Griggs said. "And I have talked to Syracuse and Tennessee has emailed me since then."

Two schools made the trip to see Griggs in West Lafayette.

"Western and Ball State were at my pro-day," Griggs said. "The other schools were not out of their offices for recruiting yet."

And the experience seemed to be a positive one for both Griggs and the colleges that came.

"The feedback that I got was that I did a great job," Griggs said. "And the programs are sitting down to watch my film this week with the head coaches."

Now, Griggs has begun to plan out his summer camp visit list -- and at this point has determined the first three he will visit.

"This summer I am for sure going to Western Michigan, Kentucky and Ball State for camps," Griggs said. "Plus, both Syracuse and Tennessee have told me they want me to come camp."
