Flick Looking Hard At MSU

Ohio offensive lineman Ben Flick camped at Michigan State last summer. Now Flick is hoping a return visit can lead to an offer. We check in with Flick for the latest.

Hamilton (OH) offensive lineman Ben Flick has become very familiar with Michigan State over the course of the past couple of years.

Last summer, Flick camped at MSU and now hopes to turn another camp experience into an offer.

"I've been in contact with (assistant) coach (Harlon) Barnett," said Flick. "We haven't been talking too much, but I've called him and talked about camp and about where I stand with Michigan State."

Flick has been keeping a close eye on the Spartans and knows an offer from them would be hard to turndown.

"If Michigan State would offer it would be very hard to turn down," said Flick. "We have a guy up there (Denicos Allen) and he's said nothing but great things. That one would be right up there for me and hard to walk away from."

At this time Flick holds three offers as Buffalo, Marshall and Western Michigan have all extended verbal scholarship offers to the 6-foot-5, 270-pound offensive lineman.
