Yesterday, Scout.com brought you the news of the University of Arizona offering several 2014 prospects after good performances at their 7 on 7 tournament. Today, Scout has confirmed that two 2013 prospects also received offers.
Chandler Basha WR Nate Phillips says, "I was offered by UofA on Saturday. They said they like ma at the slot position, that I am a competitor and that I am exactly what they are looking for for their program. I am really excited especially since it is a school in Arizona and they seem like they are ready to turn it back around into a powerhouse in the Pac 12. I am really interested in possibly going there."
Phillips (5-9 160) had a standout junior season, catching 72 passes for 1,265 yards and 7 touchdowns. He also has offers from Air Force and North Dakota.

Tempe Marcos de Niza head coach Roy Lopez says that his star receiver was offered after a good performance in Tucson.
He says, "Paul Elvira was offered by UofA today. It is his first offer and I am very excited for him."
Elvira (6-1 170) caught 48 passes for 774 yards and 8 TDs as a junior.
