Mission Hills (Calif.) Alemany receiver Steven Mitchell was most recently offered a scholarship by Boise State, bringing his total offer count to 23.
On Sunday he hopes to make it 24.
The 5'10" 180 lb. Mitchell will attend USC's Skills Camp where he wants to prove to the Trojan coaching staff he plays bigger than his sub six-foot frame.
"I'm a really good receiver," explained Mitchell at Dana Hills Air Strike on Saturday. "Size doesn't matter," he continued, "I can get the job done."
Mitchell paced himself Saturday at the 7 on 7 passing tournament to ensure he'd have fresh legs come Sunday at USC.
He told SCPlaybook.com in May that USC and Oregon remain as the two schools who haven't offered him that he'd most like to hear from.
