2015 DT Gets Gator Offer After Camp

This weekend, Baker County 2015 defensive tackle Cece Jefferson spent his Saturday on the campus of the University of Florida. According to Jefferson, competing in front of Florida's coaches was very exciting. The young lineman was admittedly impressed with what the Gators have to offer.

"I had a good time at Florida," CeCe Jefferson said.

On his trip, Jefferson was given the opportunity to compete on the field.

"When I was there I got to participate in the camp," he said.

While he was in Gainesville, Jefferson took advantage of his time in front of the Gator coaches.

"The coaches said my performance was phenomenal," he said.

For Jefferson, the visit was enlightening and enjoyable.

"I really didn't have a favorite part because I loved everything," he admitted.

After seeing him in action, Florida made it clear that they want him to wear Orange and Blue in college.

"When I found out that they offered me, I couldn't believe it. I was really excited," he said.

At this point, the talented prospect is taking his time with the process and keeping his options open. Despite his patient approach, Jefferson admits that he is very interested in the Gators.

"Florida is definitely high on my list," he confessed.
