Darrin Lawrence (Miami, Fla./Palmetto) is a defensive back prospect from south Florida. He has had a busy week, camping at three prime time programs.

"I just did the one day camps at Auburn, Clemson and Tennessee," Lawrence said. "I liked them all. The campuses and facilities at all three places were great. I know Tennessee is building a couple of new things. I believe I did well at each one. All three schools say they are going to stay in touch with me and keep an eye on me. I know they want to see more film. I am hoping they all offer."

Lawrence is hoping to camp at Georgia next on his trip. He's also scheduled to camp with the Buckeyes later this summer.

"I am going to try and get to Georgia and camp with them," Lawrence said. "My grandfather bought me a ticket to Columbus so I will camp at Ohio State but I am not sure on the date. I will camp with Miami this summer. I also want to get out to USC."

According to Lawrence he has a scholarship offer at this time from Southern.

Lawrence, 5-foot-9 and 170-pounds, plays all the positions in the secondary.

"I can play anywhere," Lawrence said. "That's one of my strengths."
