"Coach (Jason) Rollins from Tulane wanted me to call him," explained Clark. "When I did, he asked what I would do if I got a Tulane offer, and I told him I would think about it, talk about it with my family and Coach (Emanuel) Powell at O.P. Walker - and then commit.
"Coach Rollins then told me I got the offer. It's great; it's unbelievable. I'm smiling. It's only a matter of time until I commit. I've already talked about it with my family, and I'm going to talk about it with Coach Powell."
What did Rollins say after that?
"He told me to call him back so I can talk with C.J. (Tulane head coach Curtis Johnson)," said Clark. "They want me to come out to their camp next week. They said I don't have to participate; I can just hang out, but I'm going to participate."
Clark is well-known for his pass-rushing skills. He's been working on his coverage in 7-on-7 events, including a round-robin affair this week vs. Destrehan, Hahnville and Riverside Academy.
"I had two interceptions," said Clark. "I got one against Hahnville and one against Riverside. I jammed a receiver from Riverside and flipped him."
Clark feels like teammate Emmanuel Dayries (DL/OL) may be next to get a Tulane offer.
