Bobo A Buff

The Covina (Calif.) Charter Oak receiver, Bryce Bobo, is headed to the Pac-12...

Covina (Calif.) Charter Oak receiver Bryce Bobo, has had a good spring, and an even better start to his summer.

The 6-3, 195-pounder committed to play in the Pac-12.

"I verbally committed to Colorado today," said Bobo.

Bobo said the comfort level he felt with the Buffs program won him over.

"They just really remind me of the school I'm currently at and they are a family and I want to be a part of a school that has that type of connection," said Bobo.

The draw of the Buffs now being in the Pac-12 also helped.

"I feel as if they're trying to prove to the Pac-12 that they belong and I want to be a part of that," said Bobo.

Bobo gave the news to Colorado offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy, committing to the San Gabriel Valley native.

"I committed to Coach Bieniemy," said Bobo.

Bobo said making the decision was a relief.

"It just gives me time to think about school, football and my family," said Bobo.
