WITH THE BEAVERS now on the board with their first known verbal commitment in the 2013 class, who might be next?

Terin Solomon verbally committed to OSU yesterday and the offers extended by OSU figure to keep coming later this week and into next -- Oregon State's four-day overnight camp will be held June 22-25.

Among the more recent offers put on the table by Oregon State, there's one to a player Brandon Huffman says is one of his favorite receivers this class.

But Victor Bolden out of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. doesn't have many offers. Is he one the Beavs might snap up soon?

The Los Osos High product is not a big target, he checks in at 5-9, 160. But he's as explosive as they come, says Scout.com, and has clocked a legit 4.46.

His dream school would appear to be Cal, and his sister has already committed there. (Victoria, a 2014 graduate, is one of the premier underclass soccer players in the country.)

Meanwhile, San Diego receiver Darren Carrington holds an OSU offer plus four others from the Pac-12 and will make his way to Corvallis for an unofficial visit this weekend, (he'll also be visiting Cal and UO).

Carrington (6-2, 175) is ranked four stars and the No. 33 receiving prospect in the country.

Carrington put himself on the map last month following an MVP performance against some very good competition at the Oakland NFTC.

He caught 40 passes for 825 yards and 10 touchdowns as a junior.
