One Alabama running back plans on taking an unofficial visit to Jonesboro Arkansas in the near future to check out first hand out what all the excitement is surrounding the Red Wolf Football Program.

Mobile's St Pauls Episcopal High School running back Jordan Huff confirmed with AStateNation.com that he indeed has an offer from Arkansas State and plans on taking a trip to ASU in the near future.

The talented running back, a 5-foot-11, 205-pound athlete currently claims four offers from Arkansas State, Duke, Louisiana Tech and South Alabama, with a lot of other schools showing interest.

"Coach (Gus) Malzahn wants me to come up for a visit the second week of July," Huff said. "He is telling me that if I don't commit to them, they might not take a running back in this class. Coach feels like I can come in and dominate and be an impact player for them."

Out of all the schools that have offered, Huff admits that Arkansas State's Eliah Drinkwitz is recruiting him the hardest.

"They are recruiting me pretty hard right now," Huff said. "I call him at least once a week, he really wants me to be a Red Wolf."

Huff also admitted it would really be great to be in the same backfield with former Auburn running back and current Red Wolf Michael Dyer.

"He is a great back, someone I could learn a lot from," Huff said. "It would be awesome to play on the same team with Michael Dyer."

Arkansas State currently has six commitments including beating out Nebraska and Missouri for Texas quarterback Damion Hobbs. Stay tuned to AStateNation, your No. 1 source for ASU Recruiting.
