"It's awesome, right when we got here we they took us to the hotel and it was nice. They have just been treating us really well," said Anzalone. "I'm having fun making friends with the top 150 guys in the country."
The weekend holds extra significance for Anzalone, who plans on announcing his college decision. He isn't sure when he will make his announcement, but odds are it will be some time during the championship 7on7 game Sunday evening.
"I am not sure when it will be," said Anzalone. "Sometime Saturday or Sunday."
While most assume the 6'3" 220lbs prospect is headed to Notre Dame, he didn't tip his hand at all.
"Florida, coach Muschamp and coach Dan Quinn have NFL experience and have connections to the NFL if I have chance to go," said Anzalone. "They run a 3-4 and 4-3, as does Penn State, so I can show my versatility and I fit in well."
"Penn State, I can get into their engineering school, which is prestigious," said Anzalone.
"At Notre Dame, the academics speak for itself and I have a good relationship with the recruits," said Anzalone. "So it's a pretty good fit."
