The Opening: Jeryl Brazil

BEAVERTON, Ore. - Jeryl Brazil talks his LSU commitment, if he thinking about visiting other schools, and more with Scout right here.

When asked if any schools other than LSU were still in pursuit of him, Jeryl Brazil responded with, "Yes sir."

So, what does that mean? Is Brazil looking at other schools or is he solid to the Tigers?

"I am still 100-percent committed to LSU. I am still going to take some visits, but I am a strong commitment.

"Alabama, Florida, Ole Miss, and some other schools are the main ones recruiting me right now, but I am not sure I will visit. I think I will take all five of my official visits though."

While the four-star corner who was timed in the 40 yard dash at 4.32 seconds at The Opening may take visits, it looks like it will be very tough for a school to pull him away from LSU.

"I love LSU; they are my home-state school, they are a national program, they produce top defensive backs every year, and I just love the school," Brazil said. "I only get to do this once, so I want to take visits, but I am happy with LSU."
