For those worried about the health of three-star running back Adam Lane (Winter Park, Fla.) just consider this, he rushed for 230 yards and five touchdowns on 17 carries in his spring game against Frostproof back in late May.

"That was a big relief for me," Lane said. "The coaches were trying to work me in. To be honest, it was a lot of fun and a big confidence booster for me."

Today marked the first team workout for Lane in preparation for this fall. It was just conditioning. Nonetheless, it was still big for Lane, who also happens to be a Florida Gator commitment.

"I broke my fibula last year," Lane said. "And I am now 100%. I think I have felt this way for about a month or so. So now it's just about helping my team win state, qualify academically and enroll early at the University of Florida."
