Highly touted JC DT to visit Lincoln

There is a serious need along the defensive line for Nebraska that could include the Huskers bringing in junior college help. One of the spots that the Nebraska staff seem to be targeting for a junior college player is defensive tackle. Which JUCO defensive tackle will be in Lincoln tomorrow and what are the chances that he commits on his visit?

Toby Johnson is a player that Nebraska has been trying to get to Lincoln a number of times. Each of the past few times he's been set to visit he's had to cancel. Now, Johnson's schedule is as busy as ever.

"I have a busy schedule," Johnson said. "I have a lot of classes and school work going on right now. I am trying to get done so I can leave in December. It's going to get better."

Even with a busy school schedule Johnson is clearing some time tomorrow to take the trip north tomorrow to check out Lincoln. He says that he's excited to make the trip and see what Nebraska has to offer.

"I will be going up to Nebraska tomorrow. I just want to see everything. I want to get a look at the stadium, the facilities and see some of the traditions that they have there in Nebraska."

Despite making this trip on a whim there is no chance that Johnson ends up a Husker by the end of the visit according to him. Then again, he did say he's making the visit because Nebraska is one of his top college options.

"No, I am not going to commit tomorrow. Nebraska is obviously one of my top schools otherwise I wouldn't be visiting."

BigRedReport will catch up with Johnson tomorrow after his visit to Nebraska is over. Stay tuned to Big Red Report for all the latest on Nebraska's recruiting.
