Big Dawg: Tyree Harris

Tyree Harris believes he is close to making a decision. As the season approaches, the talented wide out is making his final rounds in an effort to get one last look at the contenders before making the call. This past weekend Harris attended Big Dawg camp at Mississippi State to see how things stood with Coach Dan Mullen and his Bulldogs.

"Camp went real good," said Harris. "I feel like I did good job on my 40 and I competed in the weight room.

"I did I good job in the one-on-ones until I pulled my groin.

"The coaching staff told me that I did a good job and that I was a hard worker, so I liked that."

The Bulldogs are a program that has piqued Harris' interest and the weekend did nothing to hurt their standing.

"I feel like I am at home up here," said Harris. "I like Mississippi State a lot.

"I like all of the coaches and I am getting a better relationship with my receivers' coach, Coach Mirando.

"I have a good connection with some of the other receivers like B.J. (Hammond) and DeAndre (Woods). "

Harris has considered making a decision this weekend, but has elected to let things play out a little longer.
