Wilkins met with Matt Wells at Utah State and Brian Johnson at Utah, and said he connected with both of them.
While neither offered, both are going to keep a close watch on him this fall.
"They are both going to come out and see me this fall," said Wilkins. "Utah State said that if they could have seen me throw, they would have most likely offered but they're going to fly out to come see me play this year."
This week, Wilkins will be visiting two more Pac-12 schools unofficially.
"I'm going to be taking this week, visits to Washington and Cal," said Wilkins.
After moving to the Bay Area from Texas halfway through last season, Wilkins spent much of the year playing receiver, a starting quarterback already established.
But after a stellar spring, where he was the top underclass passer at the Oakland NFTC and one of the top underclassmen at the Oakland Elite 11, Wilkins has put himself on the map as a prospect to watch at that position in his class.
