Arkansas Leads for Williams

2013 cornerback Shedrick Williams has a handful of nice offers and a few stand out to him right now. The 5-foot-11, 175-pound Madison County (Madison, FL) standout admits that Arkansas is his leader, but he's got a few others in the mix too. While no official visits are set up yet, he has a few in mind. Get the latest on Williams here.

Shedrick Williams doesn't play to make a decision before his senior season is over, but he's got four schools at the head of the pack.

"Florida, Arkansas, USF, South Carolina, those are the top ones right now," Williams said.

"My number one is Arkansas."

Williams said each program has different things he likes.

Arkansas:

"I love Arkansas. Joe Adams is one of my top players that I look at on Youtube, I would like to do better than him on the next level."

Florida:

"I went on a visit and I just loved the atmosphere. They made you feel like you wanted to come back there, like it was family."

South Florida:

"I haven't taken a visit there but Rick Smith, he's a great recruiter."

South Carolina:

"It's not too close, not too far, it's just right."

Williams is sure of two officials right now but doesn't have any dates in mind yet.

"I know for sure I'm going to Arkansas and USF, I don't know about the rest," he said.

He'll be looking for the school that makes him feel the most at home.

"I want a great education and I want to go somewhere where I can call the players family."
