Friday: Tyler (Texas) John Tyler at Mesquite (Texas) Horn at 7:30 p.m.
This game is littered with top-tier prospects. John Tyler features Oklahoma State wide receiver commitment and Scout.com four-star Fred Ross on the offensive side of the ball. Also, three-star Greg Ward may end up at cornerback once he gets to college, but in high school he is one of the slickest signal callers in the state. Big, strong Tyus Bowser will be a force on defense, but may also gets ome reps at tight end. Mesquite Horn is loaded in its own right. They have playmakers all over the offensive side of the ball. But it is the throwback styles of Baylor commitment D.J. Green and D1 prospect Hunter Harwell at linebacker that control the flow of the games.

Thursday: Houston (Texas) Eisenhower at League City (Texas) Clear Springs at 7 p.m.
Here is an intriguing match up where both teams looking to get some momentum going. Eisenhower has a couple of Division I running backs with Jericho Worrell, a player who could be considered a sleeper going into the season with only a couple of FCS offers in hand. For the 2014 class, the other back, Donald Catalon has been solid despite the team being winless. He is committed early to Texas. Clear Springs junior quarterback Zach Cripps is the player most will have their eyes on.

Friday: League City (Texas) Clear Falls at Pearland (Texas) Dawson at 7 p.m.
Dawson looks to keep the momentum going as the Eagles have good 2-0 start. Lot of that success could be because running back James White, a Texas A&M commit has been handling business on the ground while junior receiver Tony Upchurch is making plenty of plays as well. He has an early offer from LSU. Also from the 2014 class, linebacker Cody Casey was a preseason watch player. Clear Falls is a first-year varsity team, but does have a Division I offensive lineman on the roster in Tristan Nickelson, who has a number of offers including Arizona State, Purdue and SMU.

Saturday: Houston (Texas) Cy Falls at Houston (Texas) Cy Creek at 7 p.m.
Two undefeated district foes face off in what could be an early snapshot of what team will be in the title driver's seat. Cy Falls is a team that has a number of guys who will play major Division I football, headlined by wide receiver Jacorey Warrick, a Texas commitment. On the other side, Temi Alaka, a big target with offers from Purdue, Iowa State and a host of others, is averaging 30 yards a catch for the moment. In the backfield, Bryce Peters is a multi-offer athlete and Jacobi Hunter, another player with offers, is looking for the right BCS-level opportunity. Cy Creek, as it was stated by a number of sources close to the program, is compiled with a solid group of great high school football players. These guys have found a way to get the job done so far this season.
