"I enjoyed my visit a lot" said McMillon. "Seeing the stadium was really nice. I went to a camp this summer and they were fixing it all up but getting to see it now was pretty cool."
With a defensive coach recruiting McMillon for the Frogs, the hope is that TCU will see enough in his development to warrant an offer. McMillon says he likes the TCU coach recruiting him.
"Coach Glasgow is recruiting me and I like him a lot" he said. "He's a really nice guy and I like talking to him. I visited with him at breakfast before the game so it was good."
With TCU holding the reputation of a tough, hard-nosed, defensive team, defensive recruits are drawn to their style of play. Did TCU do enough against Virginia to impress McMillon?
"Oh yes sir" said the big defensive end. "They have a couple of big studs out there and they did well against Virginia." Projected as a defensive end at the next level, McMillon says SMU, Baylor and TCU are teams that he's seen up close for game day visits. He says he's looking for a few more schools to show interest as well.
"Oh man, I like all the schools in Texas" he said. "I see myself playing somewhere in Texas because I don't really want to go out of state too much."
