"I recently talked to Penn State," said 2013 RB Tim Longmire. "They offered me."

The offer from the Nittany Lions marks Longmire's ninth total, including SEC offers from Kentucky and Mississippi State.

"Recruiting is going well," said Longmire. "I am talking to a lot of new coaches."

Longmire is hearing most often from in-state schools at Florida, Florida State and South Florida.

"I visited Florida recently and talked to all of the coaches," Longmire explained. "They said they really like me and they're going to keep in touch with me. I am also talking to USF and Florida State."

As for Longmire's favorites? "I'd say probably the Gators or USF."

With a couple of SEC offers under his belt, Longmire has his eye on one in particular. "[I'd like to hear from] South Carolina. I was supposed to visit their game against Kentucky, but I ended up going to USF [versus] Florida State instead."

Although Longmire hails from Tallahassee's Godby High School, the senior running back would like to explore his options outside of the Capital City.

"I would consider [FSU]. I was thinking about it, but I've been in Tallahassee for awhile," Longmire explained. "I'd like to experience something new."
