Florida LB names two

Norman Lindo is a talented linebacker prospect from McArthur High and Scout caught up with him to discuss the latest.

Norman Lindo is one of the top linebackers in Broward County this year and he talked about his senior season so far.

"It's going great so far," Lindo said. "I feel that I'm playing great football right now and I just need to bring my team together."

Lindo, 6-feet and 240 pounds, talked a little about the recruiting process, where he's talking to a few schools, as well.

"I have been talking to FAU a lot and Purdue and many others," he said. "I love FAU so far. Che coaching staff seems cool and it's right here at home."

Purdue also impresses Lindo.

"It's nice and all," he said. "I got the chance to speak to a player but I would rather stay home for college."

In addition to staying home, Lindo talked about what he'll be looking for in a school.

"The coaches, the atmosphere, the education, and to be honest I want go somewhere that I could help a team improve."
