Midlands Quickie: Bryce Peters

FOX Sports NEXT is in the streets this fall to bring you all the coverage from across the Midlands region. Recently, we caught up with Cy Falls running back Bryce Peters from Houston, Texas. We spoke with him briefly on how the season is going and what he had going on in recruiting…

It was not long ago that Houston (TX) Cy Falls running back Bryce Peters said that he had 10 offers in hand, which includes Colorado State, New Mexico and Iowa State to name a few. Now in the past few weeks, a few more have emerged.

"Army and Miami (Ohio) have offered over the past couple of weeks. Other than that, everything is the same," Peters said. "I'm staying neutral and waiting to take my visits."

The 5-foot-10, 200-pound Peters is having a solid season so far with 941 yards on 103 carries (over nine yards a carry average). Last game, in a 38-31 victory over district rival Cy Ridge, Peters ran for 159 yards and a score.
