Stringfellow checks out Lincoln

One of the more highly anticipated guests for the weekend was Demorea Stringfellow. Stringfellow got to see a Nebraska win over Michigan and saw the Huskers throw the football to nine different receivers. What were his thoughts about Nebraska?

Moreno Valley (Calif.) Rancho Verde wide receiver, Demorea Stringfellow, was just boarding a plane as he caught up with BigRedReport.com.

"It was good," Stringfellow said. "The game was great. The atmosphere at the game was amazing."

Stringfellow was one of the six uncommitted prospects that Nebraska was hosting this weekend. He said that he really liked the atmosphere of the game that included the pre-game tunnel walk for the recruits.

"The tunnel walk was great. All of the fans were going crazy. The fans knew who all of the recruits were. I actually signed a couple of autographs."

There was a chance to talk to the Nebraska staff to see where he would fit in potentially in the Nebraska offense. The Huskers see Stringfellow immediately backing up another wide receiver from California.

"I got a chance to talk to the coach about the offense and the depth chart. They like me as a "Z" receiver and say that I could come in and back up Quincy Enunwa immediately. I think that is a good fit for me."

There wasn't a lot of time to talk with Stringfellow who was boarding a plane getting ready to fly back home. However, he did give the weekend a rating and said what he was most impressed with on the weekend.

"I would give the trip an "8". I really thought that the fan base was great and the facilities were really nice."
