He has kept a close eye on the Gators this season and he really likes what he has seen.
"Florida has played really good this year and I think they have surprised some people. A lot of people they were going to drop a lot of games this season, but they have played well, and I think they are only going to get better."
In between all those UF wins in 2012, they have done an excellent job recruiting the 6-foot-4, 270 pound senior out of Lawrenceville (Ga.) Archer.
The bond is strong.
"I talk to Florida weekly and we are getting pretty close. We have a good relationship and we have more friendly conversations now than we talk about recruiting. I talk to Coach Lewis the most and we are real cool and we just get along real well."
Other schools have not given up on this three-star defensive lineman though. He is a strong commitment to Florida, but the possibility of him visiting other schools is still there he said.
"California, Michigan State, and Louisville are schools I could take visits to<" said Riles. "You never know what could happen in the recruiting process, so I am just thinking about those trips right now. Nothing is set up yet, but my mom is looking into things a little bit."
Even if he was to take an official visit or two, Riles still feels good about ending up in Gainesville.
"My mind is all on Florida right now. That is the school I am committed to and I plan on going there."
