Huskers in the mix for Baker

There is a need for Nebraska to grab a couple of cornerbacks in the 2013 class. The Huskers seem to like the taller cornerbacks and there is one in Florida that, even though he's committed to a school, has been considering taking some trips and Nebraska could be one of the schools he visits.

Nebraska is about half-way through their class for 2013 and there is a noticeable void when it comes to cornerbacks. Nebraska may take as many as two cornerbacks in the class and one of the latest targets to come up is Adrian Baker from Hollywood (Flor.) Chaminade Madonna Prep.

"Right now I am evaluating things," Baker said. "Nebraska is in the mix."

Nebraska has their last home game this weekend against Minnesota. While Nebraska might have liked to pull Baker in this weekend for an official visit it won't happen. Baker and his Chaminade Madonna Prep team mates are still in season right now.

"I won't be able to visit Nebraska this weekend, but maybe after the season."

Chaminade Madonna Prep plays American Heritage High School this Friday at 7:30 at American Heritage (Del Ray).
