Devante Kincade

**QB Devante Kincade an Skyline (TX) defeated Plano 35-14 last Friday in the second round of the playoffs to run their record to 10-1. They face Horn tonight in the 3rd round of the 5A playoffs.

In eleven games of action the Army All-American is 137-206 for 2235 yards with 34 TDs/6 int's.. Devante has carried the ball 93 times for 606 yards and 10TD's.

The nation's #12 ranked quarterback was a terror on the field last season as he passed for 3,270 yards and 37 touchdowns while also chipping in another 857 rushing yards and 17 TDs on his way to All-State honors.


**Gadsden City (AL) and Finesse Middleton were defeated by Bob Jones in the second round of the playoffs to end his high school career. Middleton had 11 tackles, 5 for losses, and returned a 49-yard interception to cap off his career.

His season totals were 79 tackles, 35 for losses 12 sacks, and 2 interceptions.

Finesse was selected to the MS/AL All-Star game in December.

**RB Peyton Barber and Milton (GA) were defeated by Woodstock 28-21 in the second round of the playoffs last Friday. Peyton had 18 carries for 147 yards in the contest.'s No. 60 rated tailback finished the season with 1, 980 yards yards and 25 touchdowns for the season.

**Canton (MS) and Daronte Bouldin season has come to a close. The 6' 5", 315-pound Dandy Dozen offensive tackle had 81 pancakes and 50 crackback blocks through ten games.

Canton is 4-6 and faces Jackson Lanier night.


Mark Dodson

** RB Mark Dodson and Whitehaven (Tenn) defeated Gernmantown 52-7 in the 6A quarterfinals last Friday to run their record to 13-0. Dodson ran for 248 yards rushing and three touchdowns in the contest.'s No. 43 rated tailback now 2,673 rushing yards and 28 touchdowns on the season. Last season he rushed for over 2,100 yards and 28 TDs. He was named first team All-State for his on-the-field accomplishments.

Whitehaven faces Mt. Joilet in the semifinals tonight.



**The 6' 2" 185 athlete Charles Williams and Champagnat Catholic lost to Glades Day last Friday in The Opening round of the playoffs.'s #52 rated safety finished the season with over 1, 2000 total yds, 9 tds and 4 ints (defense) this year while playing QB, RB, WR, KR/PR, CB and FS. Williams has been slowed by a growing injury all year but will be 100% when he arrives in Oxford next year.


** TE Evan Engram and Hillgrove (GA) were defeated by Camden County in the second round of the playoffs last Friday.They finished the season at 7.4 . The Ole Miss tight end commit had 5 catches for 101 yards and 1 TD against McEachern in the opening round of the playoffs and 4 catches for 185 yards and 2 TD's against Camden County in the second round.'s #22 nationally ranked tight end finished the season with 40 catches for 975 yards and 10 TD's

**Grenada (MS) lost to Columbus 41-212 in the opening round of the playoffs to finish their record at 4-7. Trey Bledsoe had five catches for 65 yards and a two-point conversion. In seven games of action he had 35 catches for 477 yards and five touchdowns on the season. He also has three interceptions on defense and a defensive touchdown.

Last season the 6' 2", 190-pound receiver caught 27 passes for 440 yards and seven TDs. While manning the safety position he posted 40 tackles and five interceptions.

Derrick Jones

**Derrick Jones and Eupora defeated Calhoun City 35-13 in the quarterfinals last Friday to move their record to 12-1. The 6' 3", 185-pound receiver/defensive back 3 touchdowns in the game and also had a pick for a score.

This season Jones has 42 catches for 908 yards and thirteen touchdowns. He has also chipped in a 95-yard kickoff, 55-yard punt return, 70-yard punt return, and a 85-yard punt return for touchdowns. jones on defense has 51 tackles and six interceptions

Jones was selected to the MS/AL All-Star game in December

**Ole Miss commits CB Zach Witchett and Quadarius Mireles finished their season with a victory over Pearl River CC last week. Mireles out of Boynton Beach, Fla.., was the workhorse for the Eagles all night, carrying the rock 21 times for 111 yards.This brought his season total to 38 receptions for 385 yards and four touchdowns. He also had 47 rushes for 249 yards and two touchdowns

Georgia native Zach Witchett sat out the last five games of the season with injuries. He finished the season with 12 solo tackles and four batted-down balls in four games of action this season.

Q Mireles is expected to be in town for Saturday's match-up between OM/Vandy


**Ole Miss commit DT Herbert Moore finished his high school career last Thursday with a 23-0 loss to Memphis Whitehaven. Big "Herb" as he is called by teammates and friends had eight tackles with two of them coming for losses. The 6' 2", 320-pound defensive tackle finished the season with 54 tackles, 13 tackles for losses, four sacks, one batted-down ball, four fumble recoveries, and one defensive touchdown.'s No. 66 rated defensive tackle had 46 tackles and eight sacks as a junior.

**Carver (LA) and RB Eugene Brazley Carter defeated Catholic in the second round of the playoffs to run their record to 8-3.'s No. 72 rated tailback has 128 carries for 1, 320 yards and fifteen touchdowns. Brazley also has 25 receptions for 479 yards and three touchdowns.

Last season Brazley was one of the top play makers in the Big Easy as he had over 1,800 yards of offense and 24 TDs.

Carver faces Evangel Christian Academy in the third round of the playoffs tonight.

Ryan Buchanan

**Jackson Prep defeated Jackson Aca 34-10 to win the State Championship the Friday before last. The four-star QB had 120 passing yards and two touchdowns in the contest.

Ryan Buchanan finished the season 85-151 for 1,468 yards and 22 touchdowns. He has also rushed for over 200 yards.






**WR Dannon Cavil and Madison (TX) won their opening round of the playoffs last Friday against Wagner 37-21. Dannon had 4 receptions for 52 yards and a touchdown.

The 6' 4", 210-pound receiver now has 28 catches for 606 yards and 7 TDs for the season.

Madison faces East Central tonight in the second round of the playoffs.

**Byhalia (MS) and OT Davion Johnson lost to Cleveland Eastside 6-5 in the state semifinals. They finished their season at 9-4.

The Dandy Dozen offensive tackle totaled 108 pancake blocks this season.

Last season the 6' 5", 325-pound left tackle was named first team All-State.

**Colquitt County (GA) and WR/CB Bobby Hill beat McEachern 30-28 last Friday in the opening round of the playoffs. The Ole Miss commit had a big game as he hauled in 5 catches for 118 yards and a touchdown.

He now has 72 catches for 980 yards and seven touchdowns this season.

Colquitt County faces Newman tonight in the second round of the playoffs.

**LB Rashawn Smith and Florence (AL) lost to Huntsville in the opening round of the playoffs. The Ole Miss commit had 11tackles and a sack on the night.'s #108 rated outside linebacker finished the season with 106 tackles and over 250 rushing yards.

Smith was selected to the MS/AL All-Star game in December.

Christian Morgan

**Four-star TE Christian Morgan and Prestonwood Christian defeated Concordia Lutheran 49-7 in the opening round of the playoffs last Friday. Morgan had his biggest game of the season as he had 7 receptions for 137 yards and two touchdowns in the contest

The country's No. 12 rated tight end now has 31 catches for 438 yards and four touchdowns this season.

Prestonwood faces St. Michael's tonight in the second round of the playoffs







**Nickolas Brassell and East MS CC suffered a season ending loss to Co Linn 47-46 in stunning form as they had a kickoff returned on them with 9 seconds left. Brassell had his biggest game of the year with 12 receptions for 185 yards. This brings his season total to 48 receptions for 663 yards and six TDs.
