Sutton Still a Buff

The Orange (Calif.) Lutheran offensive lineman, Colin Sutton, said there is no change in his commitment to Colorado...

Orange (Calif.) Lutheran offensive lineman Colin Sutton was the first out-of-state commitment to Colorado in the 2013 class.

Like several of the commits, Sutton was blindsided by the news of Jon Embree's firing on Sunday.

"It pains me to see Coach Embree go," said Sutton. "He was a man of great character."

Despite the change in Boulder, though, Sutton remains solid to the Buffs.

"I am still committed to Colorado," said Sutton. "I hope the new coach sees what a great player and person I am. No matter what, I'm a Buff."

Sutton is a three-star guard, ranked #44 at guard nationally in the class of 2013.
