Scottsdale (Ariz.) Chaparral ATH Jake Roh gets new offer

FoxSportsNext has confirmed that Scottsdale (Az.) Chaparral OLB/WR Jake Roh has received a new offer, his eighth overall.

He says, "Iowa just offered me. The linebackers coach came to my house and we chatted for a long time and then he extended an offer to me."

Roh has offers from Boise State (visit Dec. 7th), Nevada, Oregon State, San Diego State (visit Nov. 30th), Arizona, Duke (visit Dec. 14th) and Washington State (visit Oct. 13th).

Roh continues, "I am pumped. They are in the Big 10!" Roh has familiarity with the league, his brother Craig is a four-year starter at Michigan.

Roh is being recruited as a wide receiver, outside linebacker, h-back and as an athlete, it just depends on the program.

Roh (6-3 210) caught 72 passes for 805 yards and 13 TDs. In his first full season on defense he has made 72 tackles, 4 sacks and 4 INTs.
