OL reacts to Cristobal firing

Donald Rocker is a standout offensive line prospect from Sandalwood High in Jacksonville and Scout caught up with him to discuss the latest.

Donald Rocker made an early commitment to FIU, and he was asked about the news regarding Mario Cristobal that was announced on Wednesday.

"I heard about it and it all depends what happens with the rest of the staff," Rocker said on whether or not it will impact his decision to stick with FIU or not. "I just gotta see."

Rocker, 6-foot-4 and 295 pounds, has been talking to a few other schools lately and this news could prompt him to now visit those schools.

"I won't be taking any visits until January if I do," he said. "I've been talking to Marshall and Kentucky but I don't have any other visits lined up right now."

The standout offensive line prospect talked more about those two programs and his interest in them.

"Marshall has great, brand new facilities and has made a history of putting guys through the draft," he said. "I don't know much about Kentucky right now. I just want to find a school with a stable coaching situation."
