Florida DB recaps second visit

Adrian Baker is a talented cornerback prospect from Chaminade Madonna High and Scout caught up with him to discuss the latest.

Adrian Baker took his first official visit last weekend when he saw Clemson. He took visit number two to Oklahoma this weekend, and came away impressed.

"Oklahoma went good this weekend, I had a great time," Baker said. "I enjoyed hanging out with the players and coaches. I like them a lot."

A week prior, Baker spent the weekend visiting with the Clemson Tigers.

"I also went to Clemson the week before and it was just awesome meeting all of the great people at both schools. Seeing the tradition and pride each school had was really cool, and just being around those winning programs was fun."

Baker, 6-foot-1 and 165 pounds, says those two schools remain very much in the mix along with two others, including the school he was once firmly committed to (FSU).

"Clemson, Georgia, Florida State, and Oklahoma are staying in touch with me on a regular basis right now and are the schools I'm interested in," he said.

With Christmas break coming up, Baker won't be taking any recruiting visits for awhile. He's not even sure what his plans for January will be in terms of visits.

"I don't have any other visits scheduled right now," he said. "I'm not leaning towards any particular school quite yet, I'm trying to weigh out my options so I eventually can make the right choice."

The standout cornerback doesn't have a time-frame for making a final decision. Look for him to take trips to Florida State and UGA before making a final commitment.
