For Joliet Catholic junior linebacker Zach Rezin his recruiting has picked up since mid-season.
He added, "Plus the other schools are keeping the same interest so far."
"One school that has stopped by to see me is Indiana, they stopped by last week," Rezin said.
Rezin also sent his film out to all the aforementioned schools.
"I sent my film out a couple weeks ago and the response that I have gotten has been once schools realized that I started my entire sophomore year too, they have asked for my sophomore film as well," Rezin said.
But the work doesn't stop there for Rezin, he's got several things to work on before his senior season.
"Some things that I would like to work on and improve during the offseason are my speed and gaining more raw muscle," Rezin said.
Plus, junior days are coming up and Rezin has at least one in mind.
"One junior day that I have planned is to Illinois," Rezin said. "I think I am going down with a couple of my teammates."
He added, "I am looking forward to a behind the scenes look at a division one football team," Rezin said. "Especially because they are a Big Ten team, it doesn't get better than that."
Although Rezin excelled at the running back, defensive end and linebacker he plans to play linebacker in college.
"Most schools are looking at me as a linebacker," Rezin said. "Some haven't told me exactly what they prefer me as but on a roster I am a little small at tight end so linebacker is more likely."
Plus, that's where he has the most experience at Joliet Catholic.
"This year I am going to be playing more middle linebacker," Rezin said. "Most likely at the college level it depends whichever one they would need me at, I have experience both outside and inside."
