Tilghman lineman, Kendall Calhoun, is trying to nail down his own recruitment, lately. The 6-foot-7, 260-pound tackle has been a victim of some coaching changes, but he's making the most of the situation.
"I'm just talking with Western Kentucky lately," said Calhoun. "Coach Mike Summers called and said he was coming to my school to talk to me. I will take an official visit later this month.
"I'm also still talking to Kentucky and Southern Illinois," said Calhoun.
Donald Styles was a major part of the Louisville Central defense this year and the junior is beginning to see his play, on the defensive end, pay off.
"Recruiting has been picking up," said Styles. "I have been talking with Kentucky, Louisville, Western Kentucky, Vanderbilt and Michigan. I plan to visit Western, Louisville and Kentucky's Junior Days," Styles said.
Kentucky's top player in the 2014 class, Drew Barker, plans to join the plethora of prospects headed on visits to Lexington this weekend, according to his twitter account (@D_Barker7).
"Think I'm going to go down to UK this Saturday," said the four-star quarterback.
