At 6-foot-2 and 180 pounds, quarterback Evan Wilson is preparing for college football after wrapping up his senior season at Out of Door Academy (FL).

In July before his senior season began, Wilson competed in football camp at TCU. Since the Frogs have not yet signed a quarterback in the 2013 recruiting class, Wilson remains in contact with the coaching staff.

"I've been in touch with Coach Burns, the offensive coordinator at TCU," Wilson said. "He's said that I'm still in consideration if they decide to take a quarterback. I think that decision will come soon."

Wilson has also been recruited by Clemson, Furman and Tulane and would be a preferred walk-on at any of those schools.
