Barr Falls To Cincinnati

Head coach Tommy Tuberville has been quite busy lately in the state of Florida, and Cincinnati has landed a commitment from Hollywood St. Thomas Aquinas wide receiver Mark Barr.

Hollywood (FLA) St, Thomas Aquinas High School is well known for producing BCS-quality football players, and Cincinnati has accepted the commitment of Mark Barr.

A 6-foot, 173-pound, athlete, Barr is expected to play wide receiver for Cincinnati, after having been previously committed to Marshall.

"Everyone associated with the program at Cincinnati has great character and personality, and that really attracted me to the school," Barr stated. "I know some of the coaching staff, and I know some players on the team, and I felt right at home."

"The players and coaching staff showed me a lot of love, and I have the opportunity to come in and contribute right away," he added.

Barr is the third player from South Florida to commit to Cincinnati in the past weeks, including Miami Northwestern teammates Aaron Brown and Darius Tice.
