"I'm going to play my college football at UCLA," said Woulard on ESPNU.
The 6-foot-4, 200-pound signal-caller said he felt like UCLA gave him the best opportunity to be successful.
"Obviously, they have a great coaching staff out there with Jim Mora and the guys hired under him," said Woulard, who committed to the Bruins over Kentucky, North Carolina State, and South Florida. "Also, for what I'm trying to accomplish after college, it's a great opportunity for networking. There are a lot of successful people out there that I can interact with and meet."
The current and future players also played a significant role in his decision.
"They have great players, hardworking guys, a lot of young talent, and one of the best O-line classes coming out," he said.
What are his goals when he gets to Westwood?
"Just to go in and compete, compete, compete – that's pretty much it," Woulard said. "Obviously, I want to go in and further my education and start to build for my future outside of football."
Woulard is a four-star prospect and the 34th-ranked quarterback in the country.
