Jeffery Holland might be the top player in the Sunshine state for 2015. The 6'2 220-pound two way standout does a little bit of everything for Trinity Christian Academy in Jacksonville (FL) and gives us the latest.
"I have offers from Ohio State, Louisville, UF, Florida State, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama is showing me a lot of interest and when the defensive coordinator watched the tape they are going to offer me. I really dont care what position I play I just like to play football and hit people. I feel like I can be a leader in my class and I am blessed. Bonding with and talking to the coaches and how they joke around is what I am most looking forward to."
"I want to work on my ability and coverage skills. They might try to move me to outside linebacker or they might keep me at the buck position. I can play in space and actually played safety a lot and start at running back. I play a bunch of defensive end, running back, outside linebacker and safety. I had ten sacks on the season. Some of the coaches told me I can play running back in college but I prefer outside linebacker or the defensive side of the ball but I like running back because I have played running back all my life. I look at those guys (Henry, Jones and Wilder) and compare myself to them and I love watching Adrian Peterson and Walter Payton and try to see what they do to get better."
"I am debating on Florida and Florida State this weekend for junior day. I need to talk to my parents right now and we are trying to figure it out."
