"I am not really going out to any junior days," said Schultz. "I am headed to some camps though. I am going to the NFTC in San Francisco and I will try and visit California and Stanford that weekend if I can. I will also be at the NLA 7on7 in Las Vegas if my basketball team doesn't make it to the state championship."
So has any team moved ahead of the others?
"No, not yet. The time for that is months away," said Schultz. "I will probably get more serious about it when football starts up again."
Right now, Schultz is focused on his basketball season and making a deep run in the state playoffs.
"It helps with my footwork," said Schultz. "You definitely have to get in a different mindset for each sport, but once you do, that makes it easier."
"After that it is just off-season training," said Schultz. "I might do track, some people have told me that it really helped them increase their speed."
